Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The cellular automata are digital dynamical systems in which time, space, states are all discrete. Depending on a rule, the CAs can generate various spatiotemporal patterns. In this paper, we present cellular automata with time-variant rules (TCA) and cellular automata with mixed rules (MCA). In these models, in order to evaluate expression ability and stability of a target periodic orbit, we introduce feature quantities. Using the quantities, we performing fundamental numerical experiments and analyze the basic dynamics of the CAs.
