抄録(和)	本稿は、情報の処理過程を可視化するため、OODA ループにおける情勢判断(Orient) の中と外における情報の流れを研究したものである。そのねらいは、「第5 の戦場」と表現されるサイバー空間における政府・民間企業の戦闘を支援することにある。OODA ループは多くの書籍において「ループ」でなく「OODA サイクル」として解釈されており、また情勢判断の細部について解説した文献がない。私はこの情勢判断の構成要素をオブジェクト（データ（属性）と機能（手続き））として処理することでこの関係を可視化した。情勢判断プロセスは、「新情報」をバラバラに分解して分析し、「先行経験」と比較し総合することによって可視化し、意思決定プロセスに出力する。その過程において「伝統文化」という組織的な、「遺伝的遺産」という個人的な拘束を暗黙理に受けている。「分析・総合」の結果が確信に至らない場合新規情報要求として観察プロセスに戻って働きかけたり、緊急時等は意思決定のプロセスを省略して直接「行動プロセス」に移行することもある。
抄録(英)	This document describes the flow of information inside and outside "Orient" in the OODA loop in order to visualize information processing process. The aim is to support battle of government and private enterprises in cyberspace expressed as "the fifth battleground". The OODA loop has been interpreted as "OODA cycle" rather than "loop" in many books, and there are very few literature describing details of Orientation. I visualized this relationship by processing the components of this Orientation as objects (data (attributes) and functions (procedures)). Orientation decomposes "New information" apart, analyzes it, compares it with "Previous Experience", makes it comprehensive and visualizes it and outputs it to the decision making process. "Analysis & Synthesis" is implicit in the organizational constraint "Cultural Traditions" and personal restraint "Genetic heritage". In cases where the result of "Analysis & Synthesis" does not reach confidence, it may go back to the observation process as a new information request, and in case of emergency etc., "Decision" may be omitted and it may go directly to "Act".
