Abstract(in English) AQFP (adiabatic quantum-flux-parametron) logic holds promise towards building energy efficient computing systems with bit energies approaching 100$ k_BT $. However, one of its weaknesses is high-latency operation. During a single-phase data propagates through one gate. In 4-phase clocking, we can only propagate through 4 logic gates in a clock cycle. If AQFP gates can be clock by a larger number of phases (> 4), data can propagate through more gates in a single cycle. In this talk, we investigate the timing behavior of AQFP logic circuits for a larger number of clock phases (> 4) and its related side-effects on operation.
