Abstract(in English) | Information providing means was required for a large number of stranded persons during large-scale urban disasters according to users’ attributes. In particular, in the area surrounding the large terminal station, an effective system should extract and distribute the information as appropriate for the users’ attributes. Therefore, we are developing a mitigation system that delivers appropriate information during large-scale urban disasters according to users’ attributes. Also we implemented the target for the Nishi-Shinjuku area in Tokyo. When using this system in other areas, it constructs on the basis of the system used in Shinjuku, rather than constructing a system unique to the area. This is called generalization of the system. In other areas, there are two problems to use for this system. First, since the method of presenting information is the same for all users, we have to think and act on our own. Secondly, the common mechanism that can be expanded to other areas is unconsidered. In this report, in order to solve these problems, we use information of users to provide the information as appropriate for the users’ attributes. Furthermore, we made common use of information presentation in a format applicable in other areas. |
