Abstract(in English) | In WBANs (Wireless Body Area Network), demands for high speed and large capacity are increasing. Therefore, the use of the terahertz band capable of responding to these demands attracts a great attention. As a design example of the on-body THz-WBAN wireless communication system, examination of the transceiver and examination of the device configuration will be shown in this report. An antenna integrated resonant tunneling diode is used as a transmitter and a Schottky barrier diode is used as a receiver. We introduce binary code spreading as a measure against noise and show the communication characteristics derived by simulation. |
