Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We demonstrate via micromagnetic simulations that a magnetic bubble domain formed in the ferromagnetic metal moves and transits through the ferromagnetic insulator due to spin-transfer torque arising from a spin-polarized current flowing in the ferromagnetic metal. When the diameter of the bubble domain is greater than the length of the ferromagnetic insulator, the bubble domain passes through the ferromagnetic insulator. However, when the smaller/ larger current in flowing in the ferromagnetic metal, the bubble domain stops/ vanishes at the ferromagnetic insulator.
