| Abstract(in English) | The traditional port- and payload-based traffic detection and classification technique may not meet the security and QoS demand of enhanced mobile broadband and ultra-low latency communication of 5G networks. Machine learning-based new approaches of traffic classification and intrusion detection need to be investigated. In this paper, we firstly present the theory of Bayesian classification, and then describe the naive Bayes classifier and its application. We will also describe the DDoS detection issues. We introduce the development of hierarchical heavy hitter technology by showing its mathematical model, and list its development and improvement in recent years. Finally, we propose a technique by application of hierarchical heavy hitter analysis based on Bayesian classification. We propose a hybrid system to improve the accuracy of hierarchical heavy hitter analysis. |
