Abstract(in English) This research presentation is the most important content to utilize the value at voice of customer's(VoC). We just doing text analytics in real time of a lot of docomos-VoC. Although many companies conduct text analytics, it is difficult to obtain satisfactory results with cost-benefit(ROI) . I will explain the possibility of VOC such as idea and way of thinking for many tasks.
