Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, I propose a Word Sense Disambiguation (WSD) method by using supplemental context for short examples. In the existing research, all the individual words are used in the surrounding context of a target word as features. However, for short examples in which words cannot be extracted from the context, it is sometimes difficult to identify the meaning of a target word by using the existing methods. Tharefore, I propose to add an auxiliary context for a short example by using Word Mover's Distance (WMD) and solve WSD task using the extended example.
