Abstract(in English) | Recently, communication demands often change due to the diverse ways in which companies and individuals communicate. Therefore, OpenFlow is attracting much attention since it can flexibly deal with varioustypes of communication requirements through centralized management of devices. However, whenever is necessary to change paths due to a network failure or a topology change, there is a delay in the service as processes, such as the transmission of the commands, switch processing time, and others, take time. In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of a method to accelerate the path switching that takes into account switches' processing time in OpenFlow. |
