| Abstract(in English) | The author presented a series of code-based PKC(CBPKC) such as KF(XVI)SE(1)PKC, K(Xs)CBPKC, etc. The author suggested that K(Xs)CBPKC would be secure against the various attacks. In this paper we present a most simplified member of the K(Xs)CBPKC, referred to as K(Xss)CBPKC. We show that a theoretical attack on K(Xss)CBPKC does exist. However we verify that the theoretical attack proves to be computationally hard. We also show that no theoretical attack on the public key exists. We expect that K(Xss)CPBKC, a member of K(Xs)CPBKC, may perform effectively as a promissing candidate of PQC. |
