Abstract(in English) | In this report, we try to apply the restoration algorithm proposed in [1] to real observation data acquired byoptical coherence tomography (OCT). In order to deeply understand the mechanism of sensory epithelium in cochlear,we are working on dynamic tomographic imaging of hair cells of guinea pigin vivoand develop a multi-frequencyswept (MS)en-faceOCT device. Currently, the device faces to a problem that the reected light from biotissue isquite weak. In [1], the restoration problem is reduced to a least squares problem which imposes a hierarchical sparsityregularization and hard constraint, and an algorithm is derived to solve the problem in the framework of Primal-dualproximal splitting (PDS) method. Although the signicance of the proposed model was veried by simulation forarticial data, there is room for additional experiments since the optimum value of the regularization parameters wasnot sufficiently investigated. Thus, this work searches optimal parameters in a wider range, and based on the results, conducts an experiment for real observation data to verify the signicance of the proposed method. |
