Abstract(in English) | Digital SQUIDs with a wide dynamic range, which consists of a flux locked loop (FLL) with single flux quantum (SFQ) logic circuits, are attracting attention. We are investigating digital SQUID which combines the direct feedback that can realize virtually infinite dynamic range and the indirect feedback that can realize sub - flux quantum resolution using magnetic coupling. The operation to the two feedback loops needs to be controlled by an SFQ up/down counter, and the data counted by also the up/down counter needs to be transferred from the cryogenic temperature to the room temperature equipment as binary data. In this research, we propose a digital SQUID magnetometer which can be installed in a cryogenic refrigerator by using a digital filter with a first-order sinc filter. |
