| Abstract(in English) | Hazards can be described by turning them into the model of process by which a systems state is successively changed by internal or external actions and finally becomes in a state of harm. It is essential to study how those changes of the systems state and actions are related to the causation of harm in order to identify hazards and to derive measures for control of the hazards. This report provides, (1) a technique “state-action (S-A) process chart” which shows the hazards as time-flow to schematize the process of hazard and therefore to identify hazards systematically. Next, (2) systematic procedures to study and derive measures for controlling hazards identified are presented by use of the S-A process chart based on the hazard-control principles of: a) elimination of hazards, b) control of states changes and c) control of states transitions. (3) Hazards caused by environmental test chambers being suspended are identified and control measures for the identified hazards are conceptually designed to demonstrate the validity of S-A process chart. |
