Abstract(in English) Adiabatic Quantum Flux Parametron (AQFP) circuits are known as high-energy-efficiency circuits. They operate at 5 to 10 GHz with energy dissipation about six orders magnitude lower than that of the state of art CMOS technology. However one of the challenges in AQFP circuit technology is the lack of electronic design automation tools, which have already well developed in CMOS technology. To improve the design flow for large-scale AQFP logic circuits, we developed a tool that can efficiently place AQFP logic cells on a chip using evolutionary computation. We will report about successfully improved of the flow of design through adapting these tools for a16-bits majority-based carry-look-ahead adder.
