Abstract(in English) | This paper discusses a concept of QoE geographic visualizing model for understanding service quality in the viewpoint of Quality of Experience (QoE). This model visualizes QoE of each area on the map based on QoE-related information (terminal or network information that affects QoE). In particular, this paper shows two issues to be solved and technologies related to these issues. First issue is that collection of QoE-related information for all period and all area is difficult. If the volume of these collected information in specific period and specific area is not enough, it may lead to overlook quality degradation. Then, the data interpolation technology estimates the values of each QoE-related information in that period and area by considering geographical variation tendency of these information. Second issue is that QoE of service can not be measured from terminal directly. Then, a mapping function based on the relationships between QoE and the values of QoE-related information should be applied. |
