| Abstract(in English) | In order to prevent occupational accidents caused by machines, it is necessary to carry out appropriate risk assessment at the stage of machine use. However, in small companies where sufficient information on the functions and dangers of machines can not be obtained, the risks assumed by risk assessment person are clearly limited. Even if risk assessment is carried out, it is considered difficult to confirm the adequacy of the risk assessment that has been implemented under circumstances where expert involvement is not obtained. Therefore, we attempted to propose a simple risk assessment method which starts from the hazard easily understood by users of machines, for roll machines used at the manufacturing site. This method consists of five steps of Step 1 (clarification of harm), step 2 (risk assessment), step 3 (execution of protection measures), step 4 (record the evaluation results and residual risk) and step 5 (review and correction). |
