Abstract(in English) | We constructed the Fabry-Perot interferometer using a polished ferrule endface attached to single-mode fiber facing to a metal mirror. This interferometer with a DFB-LD light source detected reflected power waveform were sinusoidal due to interference according to displacement of gap between ferrule and mirror. At the continuous measurement of movement of mirror, we could detect double phase of reflected power that difference was π/2 due to the ferrule moved on gap that correspond to 0 to π/2 of interference waveform modulation. We tried to obtain the gap displacement from those double phase signal of interference wave and we verified that detected the direction. |
