Abstract(in English) | In order to manage the concentration of the aqueous solution, a method of sampling and analyzing the aqueous solution has been generally used up to now. When managing the solution used in the production line, this method lacks responsiveness. In order to real time manage concentration, we are trying to measure the concentration from the Fresnel reflection of the optical fiber end soaked in an aqueous solution. We report on the results of examination on the assumption that instability of Fresnel reflection measurement is caused by microbubbles in solution. |
