Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Risk assessment makes it possible to find hazards before the work and take protective measures. However, it is generally difficult to implement. In addition, although small and medium-sized enterprises with many accidents will be recommended to carry out risk assessment, the implementation rate is lowered conversely. Therefore, we tried to develop a simple method that takes less time and is hard to overlook a serious hazard. One is a method using the list based on major accidents occurring in the machine. The second method is to see the photo in the machine operation and sticking markers at the hazardous points on the photo. In the trial of these methods, many hazardous events were pointed out.
