| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we evaluate the throughputs of communications in a situation wherein CUBIC TCP and TCP BBR work concurrently. We then show that their performances fluctuate cyclically. In addition, we reveal the parameters inside TCP implementations and discuss the behaviors of these TCP implementations. |
