Abstract(in English) | In the automotive radar and the fifth generation radio communications system (5G), the millimeterwave beam form technologies becomes a critical. It is necessary to control the amplitude and the phase by the accuracy of the amplitude 0.5dB and the phase ±3° or less to be necessary to suppress it to the sidelobe ratio of about 20dB to achieve the demanded performance, and to achieve it. The phased array circuit that combined the phase shifter circuit that achieved this with the phase difference detection circuit was made for trial purposes. |
