Abstract(in English) | Using the model in which Heider’s balance principle only operated sentiments among actors in a small group, the present study examined effects of the number of whole negative sentiments and negative in/out degree on sociometric status. The study performed computer simulations. It was showed that the more one actor had negative sentiments toward others, the more the actor was isolated, and the more one actor had positive sentiments toward others, the more the actor united, without the dyad’s reciprocal principle. These phenomena may be caused by the indirect reciprocity based on the triad’s balance principle. In the viewpoint of group dynamics, the author discussed prevention of isolation relevant to bullying. |
