Abstract(in English) A composite device having both light emission and light reception functions is formed using different light emission and absorption wavelength bands by the Stokes shift of organic materials. This paper introduces multifunction diodes having functions of organic light-emitting diode, organic solar cell and organic photodiode in a diode structure with rubrene of p-type and PTCDI-C13 of n-type organic semiconductor.
