Abstract(in English)	Study on performance, quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) became increasinglyimportant due to advances in multimedia and network technologies. ITU-T SG12 has made progress in study onperformance, QoS and QoE for diversification of services such as video streaming, web, and game services in additionto speech communication services, and advancement of networks. In this paper, some important Recommendationsand progress of studies in ITU-T SG12 will be described.
