| Abstract(in English) | Recently we were affected by many kinds of disaster, such as Earthquake, Tsunami, Flood, Land-slide and so on. In charge of effective and urgent evacuation for protecting residents’ lives from disaster, it is relied on the individual decision making of each resident. In order to improve their knowledge, local government has developed a hazard map. However, that hazard map was developed as a map, so resident as a user have to study the skill of reading information spatially. Some of residents don’t have that skill, then they cannot utilize the hazard map for developing individual response plan against disaster. Against this issue, we focused on the technology of “Personalized Video” in this research. We designed a system supporting for them to understand affects by disasters and policy of disaster response based on their condition. For implementation of this system ,we designed the use-interaction flow to collect user’s condition, and utilized this information for selecting and creating a video content met with user’s condition. Finally, we implemented this as a prototype system on the web. |
