Abstract(in English) | This study aims to propose a new exploration method of Surveying Wiring Path. In buildings or factories, various kinds of equipment are connected to other equipment by hundreds of cables .These cables are passed through inside of the walls and the floors by several hundred meters from several meters long. Before removing or refurbishing, it is necessary to identify the cable. Cable locator is used for identifying arbitrary cables, and it is a necessity device to prevent erroneous cutting of cable and erroneous operation of breaker. Several cable locators are already on the market, and the exploration method can roughly be classified into electromagnetic induction method and electrostatic induction method. For this reason, the exploration method is confirmed, compared and evaluated each cable locator in this study. |
