Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) After a large-scale natural disaster occurs, many posts including safety information and rescue requests are posted on Twitter recently. We developed a Twitter-based safety confirmation system named T-@npi. The application enables victims to submit their safety information with ease and enables local government staff and rescue experts to collect information for rescue or support activities. This paper reports improvements of the system: reregistration of the safety information, deletion of the rescue request when a victim no longer need a rescue, and the user interface of the application.
