| Abstract(in English) | Owing to development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology), alleviation of time and space restrictions has almost enabled us to communicate with necessary peers and information as we like. In addition to QoS (Quality of Service) which is an index of system performance, QoE (Quality of Experience) has been defined as a subjective service evaluation index by end-users for the above-mentioned communication services. Recently, user-centered design is focused by introducing QoE into design of info-communication services or network systems. Hereafter, service and network management is demanded to adapt to each user preference. In this paper, recent trends of research and development are described for user-centered design and personalization of info-communication services. |
