| Abstract(in English) | In order to continue to provide high-quality network services, service maintenance work is being conducted to monitor the presence or absence of service abnormality due to the quality of service being provided and the influence of equipment failure, analyze and restore as necessary. Since these are realized mainly by judgment based on knowledge and know-how of maintainers, many maintenance operations are necessary. For that reason, efforts are underway to alleviate maintenance operation by automating operations using software such as StackStorm. However, since these workflows are predefined in units of operation flows, there are major problems in overall optimization such as component sharing between workflows and followability to changes in specifications of services and devices. In this paper, we propose a service maintenance system with autonomous decentralized cooperative architecture realizing parts conversion / autonomy by performing workflow definition in functional units constituting the operation flow. |
