Abstract(in English) Broadband mobile wireless systems suffer from frequency selective fading due to multipath, which motivates us toestablish the method for easily estimating frequency selectivities. In this context, delay spread can be estimated by averagingthe impulse responses obtained from frequency responses using IFFT processing, which unfortunately requires a large amountof computational effort. In this report, we propose the delay spread estimation method using level crossing rate. Moreover, theproposed method is applied to the ordering cost reduction method for MU-MIMO-OFDM THP to verify the effectiveness ofthe proposed approach.
