Abstract(in English) | It is common to use equivalent circuit or 3D-electromagnetic field calculations for the conductive noise simulation of power-electronics products. They can predict the conductive noise with high accuracy, but it is difficult to understand mechanisms and propagation paths by the complicated simulation models. So, we propose the ‘simplified equivalent circuit model’ by limiting the frequency range up to 2 MHz. In this model, we analyzed the conductive noise by classifying into those which occur due to current variation or voltage variation. The ‘simplified equivalent circuit model’ showed that measured value and simulated value agreed within 10 dB up to 2 MHz, and reduced simulation time by approximately 70% compared with the ‘complicated equivalent circuit model’. |
