| Abstract(in English) | The railway signal system is a system to prevent train collision and derailment and to support safe and stable transportation of trains. For that reason, JR East has conventionally used a monitoring system that senses the signaling system and can quickly acquire the troubles with train operation and the state before it. Furthermore, in recent years, when digitizing a signal system controlled by relay connection conventionally used, in addition to the normal / abnormal state monitoring function, it is recognized as normal by diagnosing the rationality of the system operation A monitoring function for detecting and alarming for unnecessary actions is added. By introducing rationality diagnosis, improvement of safety and stability of railway transport can be expected. However, we are currently introducing rationality diagnosis only at the time of digitization of the conventional system, and we have not introduced it to the conventional system with a large proportion of facilities. Therefore, we will examine the system applying the rationality diagnosis to the closed signal which is one of conventional systems this time. |
