Abstract(in English) | With rapid growth in the number and variety of Web services, how to recommend suitable services to users becomes a big challenge. The influence of complex situation information should be considered for better service recommendation. Rating scarcity is a vital issue as it aggravates when considering more situational factors. Also, an effective approach for many situational factors is needed. To this end, we propose a two-phase QoS prediction method to tackle the two issues. Experiments on QoS data collected through a Web service platform show the improvement of our approach over several existing methods, especially under severe rating scarcity. |
