| 抄録(和) | 通常校に勤務する聴覚障害のある教員は，聾学校勤務と比して，一見して難聴であるとは気づかれない軽・中等度難聴者である場合が多いとされる. 周囲が騒がしい等，聞き取りが難しい場面になると，補聴器の装用でもコミュニケーションのとりづらさが理解されにくく，話し方や会話の環境を配慮されないことがしばしばである. 本研究では，通常校に勤務する聴覚障害教員への情報保障の課題について検討したところ，主にコミュニケーションの成立と正確な情報入手に関する基盤の整備が必要である状況が示された． |
| 抄録(英) | Teachers with hearing impairment who work for general schools are often mildly hard of hearing persons who are not noticed at first glance that they are hard of hearing. When the surroundings are noisy and it becomes difficult scene to hear, it is not understood that the parties become difficult to communicate even if they are wearing hearing aids. As a result, we often do not care about the way we speak and the environment of the conversation. In this research, we examined the way of guaranteeing information to the parties. For information security of hearing impaired teachers working at general schools, it is essential to establish a foundation for establishment of communication and accurate information acquisition. |
