Abstract(in English) Changes of eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) observed in clinical practice attribute to the effect of the interventions and damages to the kidney. In order to specify potential causes and unknown factors of the change of eGFR decline, we proposed a method to detect inflection points from the series of eGFR values using the rolling window analysis. Considering the eGFR data is often sparse, we preprocessed the raw data by applying linear interpolation. In this study, after detecting inflection points from some eGFR graphs, we asked doctors to diagnose the same samples as well. We evaluated and discussed the performance of the detection method by comparing the results detected by the algorithm and doctors.
