Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Currently, Bluetooth including Low Energy (WPAN) is drawing attention as IoT devices. However, it can be interfered with other wireless communication systems. Bluetooth uses frequency hopping and it adopted AFH to decrease the risk of frame collisions. In AFH protocol, Bluetooth devices judge each channel state and enable/disable the channel dynamically. But, if there are several piconets (Bluetooth networks) and they are affected by the same interference sources, then the number of available channels gets smaller and the risk of frame collisions in piconets may increase. In this study, we introduced stepping channel adaptation to decrease the risk and computer simulator results show improvement in performances.
