Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Microwave assisted magnetic recording(MAMR) is one of the promising recording methods to achieve high magnetic recording of a hard disk drive. MAMR assists magnetic recording using the spin torque oscillator (STO). Here, an injection current density J applied to the STO is required lower than 1×10^12 A/m^2. In this study, effects of structures of a spin injection layer (SIL) on the reduction of J in case of a field generation layer (FGL) with a negative anisotropy constant were investigated by using LLG simulator. As a result, when the FGL was between two SILs, the J could be reduced to 1.40×1012 A/m^2, however, the AC-field was obtained only 46 kA/m.
