Abstract(in English) The 5th generation mobile communication systems require more frequency band to achieve various user’s requirements for its systems such as higher data rate, low latency, and massive device connectivity. To obtain the bandwidth, authors proposed a dynamic spectrum sharing scheme for the frequency band under 6GHz. In the scheme, the usage of frequency band in each location and time is collected. Then, it determines the appropriate spectrum sharing conditions such as available frequency band and transmission power based on the spectrum usage. If interference between the primary and secondary users occurs during spectrum sharing, the sharing condition is changed. In this paper, we present an overview of the dynamic spectrum sharing. To increase opportunity of spectrum sharing, we also present a decision scheme of primary user’s communication area. From computer simulation, we show spectrum sharing can be realized in an urban environment.
