| Abstract(in English) | You can find a target symbol quickly with your eye movement. Why does the eye movement enable to do it? In the previous study, the movements of the sequential gaze positions during the visual search were measured by using 30Hz measurement device. The frequency distribution of gaze steps followed a power-law approximately. Then, in the simulation, they leaded to the small-world network on the search screen. In this study, we measured the movement of gaze points during visual search using an eyeball measuring device with higher sampling frequencies (500Hz) than that used in previous study. As a result, it was clarified that the frequency distribution should be also a power-law. |
