Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Generally biological biometrics authentication uses information exposed on the body and since it is one time authentication, it has problems such as spoofing of biometric information and impersonation after authentication. Therefore, we focused on electroencephalogram as biological information which is highly confidential and can be continuously presented. We aim for personal authentication using electroencephalogram evoked by unperceivable vibration stimuli. In this paper, we measured the brain waves of experimented subjects when presenting them the unperceivable vibration stimuli. Then, in order to check the presence or absence of evoked elements by unperceivable vibration stimulus in the brain waves, we conduct the t-test based on the content rate of power spectra of the brain waves in θ, α and β bands. As a result, it is confirmed that unperceivable vibration stimuli yield evoked elements in brain waves. |
