Abstract(in English) We constructed the Fabry-Perot interferometer using a spherically polished ferrule endface attached to single-mode fiber facing an Au mirror. Those interferometers with a DFB-LD of 1541 nm wavelength could be detected micro-vibration frequency. We studied to improve the sensitivity of detection.
