| 抄録(和) | 21世紀を迎え，国際情勢は益々流動的になる一方で，情報時代の特徴を反映し，戦い方に大きな変化が現れてきた．現代の戦いは合理的な戦いに指向することが要求され，従来の物理的領域に加え，電磁スペクトラム，サイバー空間へと戦いの領域が大きく拡大してきた．本稿では，このような変化の背景にある通信情報技術の進展を踏まえ，新たな電子戦の戦い方を歴史的，地政学的考察を加えて検討し，具現化するための方向性を提案する． |
| 抄録(英) | In the 21st century, while the international situation has become increasingly unstable, the warfighting has largely changed reflecting the information age characteristics. Since the warfighting today is required to orient toward rational fighting, the domains of warfighting has expanded from the traditional physical domains to ones including the electromagnetic spectrum and the cyber space. In this presentation, the guidelines toward the implementation of new EW fighting is proposed, through the studies based on the communication and information technology evolution as the background of these changes, including historical and geopolitical considerations. |
