Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We studied a model of an estimation of satisfactions in group discussion using the conversation situation based on related previous studies such as group dynamics and speech processing for supporting appropriate communication and maintaining continuous relationships in groups. It is assumed that face-to-face communication in cars will be increasing in the near future following the introduction of autonomous driving. However, many groups that travel together in cars, such as family members, friends, and coworkers have various problems in terms of communication between members. According to various surveys, these problems include lack of communication and dissatisfaction with the communication that occurs. Therefore, we focus on maintaining and improving the degree of satisfaction in small groups consisting of three to six members who travel together, particularly in relation to an unimportant decision-making situations such as deciding on the destination for either eating or visiting. We measured each individual satisfaction in the conversation and estimated the group status based on the satisfaction level of the entire group, which was obtained by aggregating their individual satisfaction levels. As the result of analyzing the data of test conversations, it was possible to grasp the individual satisfaction level for each utterance according to the discussion situation.
