Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, TomoSAR which combines multiple SAR datasets to reconstruct in the elevation direction has been attracting attention in microwave remote sensing. The TomoSAR can re-construct without occurring the geometric distortion such as foreshortening or layover which are a problem of the linear SAR, because it reconstructs the three-dimensional space to three-dimensionally. Especially TomoSAR with L-band radar can acquire scattering from inside and outside vegetation, so it can be expected to be applied to biomass estimation and vegetation monitoring. However, TomoSAR at Pi-SAR-L2 which is an L-band airborne SAR has not been fully studied yet. In this paper, TomoSAR is implemented using the Pi-SAR-L2 dataseta and shows that 3D-imaging is possible. Furthermore, we show that we can confirm the scattering mechanism of three-dimensional target by introducing polarization analysis using Pauli scattering vector.
