Abstract(in English) In the three frequency bands of 2.2 GHz, 4.7 GHz, and 26.4 GHz, the clutter loss caused by an isolated building was measured from the ground up to the 150 m point continuously by using a drone. As a result, the comparison results between the measurement and prediction of the clutter using ITU-R P. 2108 are shown for the elevation angle of up to 20 degrees or more. It was revealed that the measured clutter loss is much larger than the predicted result of ITU-R P. 2108. It can be assumed that the isolated building without reflected paths from other buildings and the high building height causes the high clutter loss.
