Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes measuring behavior caused by office information system delay and its feasibility. Two sales management applications are constructed. One includes delay. The other includes no delay. Using these applications, 7 subjects input sale information based on a scenario. The results show that the difference of work efficiency is up to approximately 30%. For two subjects, heart rate using the delay application is higher. Most of subjects’ electrooculography reflects their behavior caused by the work stress. Therefore it is possible that measuring heartrate and electrooculography assists to understand work stress and behavior caused by the stress.
