Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Quantum potential systems, especially a system functioning as a three-port quantum wave filter, are modeled after lattices with a virtual electron jumping randomly among lattice points. The random motion which mimics quantum fluctuation of the electron is produced by white Gaussian random number generator or by utilizing error caused by the quantization in numerical computation of the virtual electron motion. The performance of the filter model is evaluated by comparing its characteristics with those obtained by solving numerically the Schr"{o}dinger equation describing the filter and by the mode-matching method. Numerical experiments have shown that the characteristics of the model are similar to the results of these analyses.
