| Abstract(in English) | V2V broadcast communication is not only promising for safety driving assistance but also enhancing automated driving ability by sharing information of vehicle moving behavior with other vehicles. However, it is necessary to achieve highly reliable real-time communications that are essential for automated vehicle control. Important issues are to mitigate the effect of hidden terminal problem in distributed wireless environments and to improve packet delivery rate (PDR) and reduce information delivery delay in broadcast V2V communications with several hundred vehicles. Since V2V packets are transmitted periodically by each vehicle, improvement of PDR greatly contributes to reduce information delivery delay. In this talk, relay-assisted V2V communication techniques are focused that enable reliable and low delay communications in intersections environment where the possibility of traffic accidents is high. |
