Abstract(in English) To reduce power consumption of IEEE802.11ah,We investigated the relationship between the RTS/CTS and power consumption. In this paper, we have simulated the transmission of packets to AP from multiple child nodes in a ns3 simulator. As a result,when child nodes number is less than 70 and RTS/CTS is disabled, the power comsumption per a node less than RTS/CTS enabled.
